GUARANTEE
Purchasing a STILVI piece of jewellery, a year guarantee for any damage at proper use* is
provided. For valid guarantee cover, the damaged item should be accompanied with its’ guarantee card, where the purchase date and jewellery description is clearly stated.
*Certain STILVI jewellery pieces are in reality sensitive, due to their design requirements. So, they should be treated more like art objects, rather than everyday jewellery. This type of jewellery is excluded from the guarantee, if the wear, is caused by inappropriate use.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
“STILVI” jewels due to multiple layers of precious metal electroplating (Palladium, 24K Gold, Black Rhodium), need no special care.
Avoid contact with chemicals (chlorine, cleaning agents, perfumes, sprays etc. )
In contact with salty water, rinse thoroughly in tap water.
In case of stain or dirt, clean with dish detergent rubbing gently with hand, soft cloth or soft brush.
Store seperately, in special cases.
